HARFANG AND SOQUEM EXTEND MINERALIZED TRENDS AT MENARIK WEST, QUÉBEC
Summer 2026 prospecting at the Menarik West Property in Eeyou Istchee James Bay, Québec extended the Adrian gold trend to about 200 metres, with grab samples of 7.13 g/t Au, 4.93 g/t Au and 4.19 g/t Au. First channel samples at Cox returned 0.88 g/t Au over 8.35 m (incl. 5.31 g/t Au over 0.91 m) and 0.99 g/t Au over 6.75 m, with four of five channels mineralized over roughly 250 metres. Both trends coincide with winter 2026 IP chargeability anomalies and are being used to finalize targets for the fully funded Harfang-SOQUEM winter 2027 drill program.

Grab samples from the Cox zone at the Menarik Ouest property in Eeyou Istchee James Bay, Québec returned 19.2 g/t Au, 7.4 g/t Au and 3.9 g/t Au, defining a 250-metre ENE-trending mineralized shear corridor that remains open toward the Bing showing 400 metres to the WSW. Of 72 samples from the four-day October 2025 surface program, 11 exceeded 1.0 g/t Au; sampling near Adrian returned up to 1.21 g/t Au, and Jorge and Gil returned 2.15, 2.08, 1.76 and 1.05 g/t Au. SOQUEM, which can earn 50% by funding $3,000,000 in work and paying $200,000 over three years, financed the program and will fund the next phase.

The 4,200-hectare project hosts a historical resource of 1.0 Mt at 0.38% Ni and 0.15% Cu, plus 6.19 Mt at 7.69% Cr₂O₃.
