Regulus Grants Incentive Stock Options
Incentive stock options to purchase up to 2,175,000 common shares at $4.18 per share for five years have been granted to directors, officers, employees and consultants under Regulus Resources' Stock Option Plan, vesting one-quarter every six months over two years. Most of the options replace options exercised upon expiry within the last year. The company has 125,544,668 shares issued and outstanding, 11,900,000 options including those granted, and nil warrants.

Regulus Reports Attractive Copper Extraction Rates Using Nuton Bio-Leaching and Provides Update on Integrated Sulphide Project Resource Estimate
Phase Two metallurgical testing with Nuton LLC, a Rio Tinto venture, at the AntaKori copper-gold project in northern Peru has returned copper extractions of up to 88.3% from enargite-rich high-sulphidation mineralization and 87.9% from porphyry-hosted chalcopyrite mineralization across four columns; four additional columns have been started. SRK Peru has been hired to complete the integrated resource estimate for the Coimolache Sulphide/AntaKori Integrated Sulphide Project, anticipated mid-year, with results releasable only by mutual agreement of the parties.
