Surge Copper Appoints Jennifer Anthony as Vice President, Environment and Regulatory Affairs
Jennifer Anthony has been appointed Vice President, Environment & Regulatory Affairs, effective January 12, 2026, leading environmental assessment, permitting, compliance, baseline programs and Indigenous and community engagement as the Berg Project in British Columbia advances through pre-feasibility. She previously served as Assistant Deputy Minister, Permitting Transformation with BC's Ministry of Water, Land and Resource Stewardship. The Company also granted 2,169,041 RSUs to employees and executives and 1,501,642 DSUs to non-executive directors under its Share Compensation Plan.

Results from the 2025 program at the 100%-owned Berg copper-molybdenum-silver project in central British Columbia include 4,143 metres of diamond drilling across 4 resource conversion holes, 4 acid rock drainage holes and 11 geotechnical holes, plus re-assay of 17 historic holes drilled between 1964 and 1973. Hole BRG25-259 returned 235 metres of 0.31% CuEq from 278 metres, and re-assayed hole BRG079 returned 247.5 metres of 0.54% CuEq. A Pre-Feasibility Study is planned for H1-2026.
