Inflection Expands Australian Copper-Gold Exploration Portfolio With Seven Undrilled Targets In South Australia
The Fortitude Project, approximately 2,660 km² of 100%-owned, royalty-free exploration licences in South Australia's Gawler Craton, has been added to Inflection Resources' portfolio, roughly 290 km northwest of BHP's Olympic Dam. Seven undrilled targets have been identified: six prospective for IOCG/ISCG systems and one intrusion-associated gold target, with interpreted depths of approximately 150 to 300 metres. Next steps include 400 to 1,000 metre-spaced Bouguer gravity surveys, 3D inversion and induced polarisation where cover permits, plus Native Title agreement progression with AMYAC.

92 air core holes totalling 16,434 metres have been completed at the Trangie Project in New South Wales under the AngloGold Ashanti Exploration Agreement, with six holes remaining; assays are pending and will guide deeper diamond drilling. Drilling targeted areas around earlier holes that returned 54.37 metres at 0.37 g/t gold and 0.07% copper, and 3.0 metres at 7.72 g/t gold. At the Endurance Project in the Northern Territory, 474 gravity measurements were completed over the Bigeye and Barreleye targets and a 32 line-kilometre IP-MT survey, co-funded by an AUD$80,000 Northern Territory Government grant, is underway.

Three exploration grants totalling AUD$300,000 have been awarded to Inflection Resources' Australian subsidiary under the Northern Territory Government's Geophysics and Drilling Collaborations Program for its 100%-owned Endurance Project in the Northern Territory. AUD$140,000 is for drilling the Flashlight Target (E10), AUD$80,000 for an IP-MT geophysical program over the Bigeye and Barreleye Targets (E1 and E2), and AUD$80,000 for subsequent drilling of those targets. Field activities are expected to begin during the 2026 Northern Territory field season, with permits and clearances in place.

Eighty-three air-core holes are planned at Trangie starting in February, grid drilling about 15 km² on roughly 250 m centres. Recent scout drilling totalled 2,605 metres in six holes across Trangie, Nyngan, Crooked Creek and Duck Creek, with low-tenor assays outside Trangie. Work is funded by AngloGold Ashanti under the earn-in agreement.

Inflection Resources to Drill Six Copper-Gold Targets in New South Wales, Australia
Approximately twenty first-pass air core holes to depths of about 100 metres or less are planned to test six previously undrilled, 100%-owned copper-gold targets within the Colossal, Bugwah and Boorara target areas in northern New South Wales, north of Nyngan. The targets sit outside the AngloGold Ashanti Australia earn-in agreement announced June 14, 2023, and drilling is expected to start in early 2026 once permits and landowner access agreements are in place. The Company also granted 4,000,000 stock options at $0.30 for five years.

Land access discussions and permitting have begun for an initial 6 to 10 air core holes.

The highest-priority Bigeye (E1) target is a circular 8 km x 8 km aeromagnetic high with coincident gravity anomaly; Geoscience Australia hole NDIBK07 intersected hematite-pyrite altered sediments dated at a maximum age of 1,652Ma. First-pass air-core drilling is planned for the first half of next year, after the wet season.
