Latin Metals Options Organullo Gold Project, Salta Province, Argentina
A binding letter agreement grants Aumin Argentina S.A.U. an option to acquire 100% of the Organullo Gold Project in Salta Province, Argentina, for US$4.0 million in aggregate cash payments and 40,000m of drilling over six years, with cumulative minimums of 3,000m by year one and 15,000m by year three.
