The program includes 15,000 m to 17,000 m of resource conversion drilling and 3,000 m to 5,000 m of grassroots exploration, supporting an updated mineral resource estimate and a prefeasibility study targeted for H1 2027.     Red Pine Uncovers High-Grade Gold in Cooper Area, Highlighting Significant Exploration Potential; PEA Remains on Schedule for H1 2026

    Drilling in the Cooper area of the Wawa Gold Project, Ontario, returned 82.50 g/t gold over 0.74 m from 288.97 to 289.71 m in a quartz-tourmaline vein hosted in the Y106 shear in hole SD-25-556, along with 2.99 g/t over 1.15 m in the Ganley zone and 4.41 g/t over 0.51 m in the Y106 zone in SD-25-562. The results come from two holes totalling 1,487 m completed in July 2025.     A previously announced best-efforts private placement has been upsized to gross proceeds of up to $6,800,000, consisting of units at $0.20, tranche 1 flow-through units at $0.235 and tranche 2 flow-through units at $0.285, each including one-half warrant exercisable at $0.250 for 12 months. Haywood holds an option for up to an additional $945,000, and agents receive a 6.0% cash commission plus compensation options equal to 6.0% of securities sold. Closing is expected on or about April 25, 2023, with unit proceeds funding exploration at the Wawa Gold Project in Ontario.

    Eric Josipovic, MBA, CPA, CA, has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of Red Pine Exploration, effective immediately. He has 25 years of mining sector experience, beginning at KPMG's audit practice, later holding public reporting, budgeting and forecasting roles at an international base metals miner, and serving as Controller at two producing gold mining companies since 2009. Red Pine's flagship Wawa Gold Project is in the Michipicoten Greenstone Belt of Ontario.

    Red Pine Provides 2022 Phase 1 Exploration Program Update

    Over 7,680 metres of drilling has been completed in the first two months of 2022 at the Wawa Gold Project in Ontario, approximately 30% of the 25,000 metres planned for January to July 2022. Drilling has targeted resource expansion at Surluga North and South and has begun at the Grace-Darwin target, with visible gold identified in 6 of 12 holes at Surluga North and South and in 3 Darwin-Grace holes. Assays for 1,203 samples from 32 holes are pending, with results expected this month.
