Sterling Metals Exercises Option to Acquire 100% of the Adeline Project in Labrador and Provides Exploration Update
Sterling Metals has exercised its option under a March 6, 2023 agreement with Chesterfield Resource Plc to acquire 100% of the Adeline Copper-Silver Project in Labrador, with the sale to close by June 30, 2024 for CAD$200,000 cash and 8,500,000 common shares, leaving Chesterfield with 12,692,000 shares, or 5.46% of the Company.
