About Valeriano Copper-Gold Project
The project comprises 15 exploitation and 14 exploration concessions totaling 6,126 hectares, with an additional 14,550-hectare surface rights package acquired in September 2025. The property features two distinct mineralized systems: a near-surface oxidized epithermal gold deposit extending to 100 meters depth, and an underlying copper-gold porphyry deposit at greater depths. As of the 2025 resource update, the project contains 475 million tonnes grading 0.88% CuEq (indicated) and 1.5 billion tonnes grading 0.75% CuEq (inferred). ATEX Resources achieved 100% ownership in December 2024 and has completed multiple drilling phases demonstrating mineralization continuity and high-grade zones.

ATEX Reports Final Phase VI Assays Extending B2B Breccia Approximately 200m South in Hole ATXD19A; ATXD19B Ended in 37m of 1.72% CuEq
Final Phase VI assays from the Valeriano copper-gold project in Chile's Atacama Region extended the high-grade B2B breccia about 200 metres south in ATXD19A, which returned 64m of 1.01% CuEq within 228m of 0.84% CuEq, increasing interpreted strike length by roughly 50% to about 600 metres. ATXD19B, wedged from ATXD19A, ended in mineralization with 37m of 1.72% CuEq within 446m of 0.74% CuEq. Other
