One Bullion Receives Final Maitengwe Airborne Geophysical Dataset and Provides Vumba Drilling Update
Final processed magnetic and radiometric data have been received from the 2026 airborne survey at the Maitengwe Gold Project in Botswana, covering 11,654 line kilometers at 50-meter line spacing across the 58,075-hectare project, and are being integrated with historical datasets to rank drill targets beneath Kalahari cover. At Vumba, holes VUDD017 and VUDD018 were completed at Vumba Central and VUDD019 reached 315 meters at the North Main deep target; drilling continues with VUDD020, followed by planned VUDD021. VUDD017 samples are at ALS Johannesburg, with initial results expected in about 14 days. No assays are reported.
Drill resultsOne Bullion Completes Second Hole of 2026 Drilling Program at Vumba Gold Project
Diamond drill hole VUDD018 has been completed to 350.85 m at the Central–Makoba target (VGT-01) at the wholly owned Vumba Gold Project in northeastern Botswana, the second hole of an approximately 3,000-metre 2026 program. Preliminary logging records amphibolite-dominated rock with repeated silica and carbonate alteration, quartz–carbonate veining, and arsenopyrite with lesser pyrite; no assays are available. Drilling has begun on VUDD019, a deeper northern test oriented 267° true at −69° dip with a planned depth of 425 metres.
Drill resultsOne Bullion Completes First Hole of 2026 Drilling Program at Vumba Gold Project
Diamond drill hole VUDD017 has been completed to 380 meters at the Central–Makoba target (VGT-01) at the wholly owned Vumba Gold Project in northeastern Botswana, the first hole of an approximately 3,000-meter, 10-hole 2026 program. Core logging records amphibolite with silica–carbonate alteration, quartz–carbonate veining and locally observed sulfides; no assays are reported. The full hole will be sampled at nominal one-meter intervals and sent to ALS, with initial assays expected four to six weeks after receipt. Drilling of VUDD018 has commenced.
Drill resultsOne Bullion Commences 2026 Diamond Drilling Program at Vumba Gold Project
Diamond drilling has begun at the Vumba Gold Project in Botswana, with a planned program of approximately 3,000 meters of HQ diamond drilling across ten holes using oriented core to test the orientation, continuity and plunge of mineralized structures across three priority structural corridors (Central, South and North). The first hole, VUDD017, is testing the Central corridor. An airborne geophysical survey at the Maitengwe Gold Project has been completed and results are being processed.
Drill resultsOne Bullion Secures Fully Funded August Drill Campaign Following Completion of Vumba Geophysics
A maiden diamond drill program of approximately 3,000 meters of HQ drilling is scheduled to begin in August 2026 in Botswana, fully funded, under an executed contract with Mindea Exploration and Drilling Services (Pty) Ltd., with mobilization expected by August 2026. The high-resolution geophysical survey at the Vumba Gold Project is complete and the Maitengwe survey is about 40% complete. One Bullion also granted an aggregate of 175,000 restricted share units to officers and directors.
Drill resultsOne Bullion Commences High-Resolution Airborne Geophysical Survey at Vumba Gold Project in Botswana and Appoints Joe Van Wyk as Vice President, Exploration
A high-resolution airborne horizontal-gradient magnetic survey began July 2, 2026 over the Vumba License in Botswana, flown by Xcalibur Smart Mapping, taking about 10 days, with initial results and interpretation anticipated by late July 2026; a survey of the Maitengwe project will follow. A fully funded maiden drill campaign at Vumba of approximately 3,000 metres across about 15 holes, each from surface to roughly 200 metres depth, is targeted to start in August 2026. Joe Van Wyk was appointed Vice President, Exploration.

CorporateOne Bullion Limited Announces High Resolution Airborne Geophysical Survey to Advance Drill Targeting at Vumba and Maitengwe Projects
Xcalibur Smart Mapping has been engaged to fly approximately 16,350 line-kilometers of high resolution airborne magnetic gradiometer and radiometric surveying over the Vumba (2,400 line-km) and Maitengwe (13,950 line-km) projects in Botswana's North-East and Central Districts, at 50-meter line spacing with 500-meter tie-lines. Surveys start within weeks and take about five weeks, with preliminary results one week after completion and interpreted data roughly four weeks later. One Bullion also granted 1,000,000 restricted share units vesting January 26, 2027, and signed a market-making agreement with Independent Trading Group dated January 6, 2026 at Cdn$5,500 per month.
