CorporateANGKOR RESOURCES DRILLS INITIAL PROGRAM AT ANDONG BOR COPPER-GOLD TARGET, CAMBODIA
The first 1,099 meters of a planned 2,800-meter diamond drilling program was completed in mid-July at the Thmei North target, a one-square-kilometer copper anomaly within the 100.28-square-kilometer Andong Bor copper-gold licence in Cambodia's Oddar Meanchey and Banteay Meanchey provinces. Two of three holes, each drilled 400 meters, encountered porphyry and skarn mineralization, while the third included over 200 meters of continuous pyrite mineralization up to 20%. Core is being logged and sampled for assay, with the remaining 1,700 meters planned for early 2027.

Preliminary logging of diamond drill core from the first phase of the 2026 program at the Thmei North target on the 100.28 square kilometre Andong Bor license in Cambodia showed visible chalcopyrite in fractures in metasedimentary rocks and in B and D veins in intrusive rocks, with intrusive-sediment contacts dipping 70 to 80 degrees. Hole AB26-012D intersected frequent pyrite-dominant mineralization over the first 200 metres from surface with poor copper. Core is being split for assay at ALS in Phnom Penh.
Drill resultsBLOCK VIII REPRESENTED BY MINISTRY OF MINES AND ENERGY AT INTERNATIONAL OIL CONFERENCE IN MALAYSIA
Cambodia's Ministry of Mines and Energy presented Block VIII, the onshore oil and gas concession held by Angkor's wholly owned subsidiary EnerCam Resources, at the International Conference on Energy Security in Penang, Malaysia on September 8 and 9. EnerCam has completed 350 line-kilometers of 2D seismic, defined drill targets across the Bokor South, Bokor Central, Bokor North and Kirirom sub-basins, and advanced its Environmental Impact Assessment through inter-ministerial review. Block VIII covers approximately 4,095 km² under a 30-year Production Sharing Contract, with a 4+1 drill program contemplated and a drilling contractor tender underway.

Cambodia's Ministry of Environment has granted final approval for Angkor's wholly owned subsidiary EnerCam Resources to drill exploratory wells on the Kirirom, Bokor North, Bokor Central and Bokor South sub-basins of the Block VIII onshore oil and gas concession in southwest Cambodia, following an inter-ministerial review of the Environmental Impact Assessment held July 14, 2026. EnerCam will now file applications with the Ministry of Mines and Energy for individual drilling components and advance a contractor tender; mobilization takes about three months once a contractor is engaged.
CorporateANGKOR RESOURCES REPORTS UNIVERSITY STUDY SUPPORTING COPPER-MOLYBDENUM PORPHYRY POTENTIAL AT ANDONG BOR, CAMBODIA
A scientific study of drill core from the Thmei North target on the Andong Bor license in northwest Cambodia, carried out by Kyushu University's Economic Geology Laboratory with the Institute of Technology of Cambodia, found alteration and mineralization characteristic of a porphyry copper-molybdenum system, with copper concentrated in the deeper potassic and chlorite-sericite zones and the upper phyllic zone appearing to lack mineralization. Main copper-bearing veins formed at approximately 300 to 415 °C, and molybdenite was identified in B-type veins. The remaining 1,700 metres of the 2,800-metre program is planned for early 2027.

A trenching and sampling program has been completed at the CZ Gold Prospect in Ratanakiri Province, Cambodia, consisting of twelve trenches each approximately five metres long, two metres wide and five metres deep, excavated with equipment due to the steep slope and depth. A total of 298 samples of veins, side walls and cross sections were collected, each to be split for panning, portable XRF analysis and fire assay. Several weeks of analysis will precede data interpretation.

Four drill targets for exploratory oil and gas wells have been identified across Block VIII in Cambodia by subsidiary EnerCam Resources, following interpretation of 350-line kilometres of seismic across the South, Central and North Bokor and Kirirom subbasins of the 4,095 square kilometre licence. Mapped four-way closures measure 57, 54 and 100 square kilometres at South, Central and North Bokor, plus a 28 square kilometre stratigraphic trap at Kirirom; wells may exceed 3000 metres depth. An Environmental Impact Assessment is the next step, and 250,000 options were granted at $0.35 for a 12-month term.

AcquisitionANGKOR RESOURCES IDENTIFIES GOLD PROSPECT ON ANDONG MEAS LICENSE, CAMBODIA
A new gold target, CZ Gold, has been identified west of the Canada Wall prospect on the Andong Meas exploration license in Ratanakiri Province, Cambodia, where a quartz stockwork with an apparent thickness of 30 metres and northwest strike was mapped in a 47-metre-long artisanal tunnel. Three holes drilled in 2012, collared about 70 metres apart, did not intersect the stockwork. Surface trenching and sampling is planned for Q1 2026, with work on the Andong Bor license on hold due to the Thailand–Cambodia border conflict.

Mussel Basin in the northeast of Block VIII, Cambodia, has been identified as a fourth exploratory drilling target following preliminary processing of seismic data, adding to three closed anticline structures at South, Central and North Bokor on the licence's west half. Seismic data indicates Mussel Basin is a rift fault bounded basin, probably Cenozoic age, with shallower targets and possibly higher reservoir porosity. The 350-line kilometre 2D seismic program finished at the end of September, with full interpretation and prioritized drill targets expected in December.
Drill resultsANGKOR RESOURCES ADVANCES ANALYSIS OF ANDONG BOR DRILL CORE
Core logging and analysis of two 2025 holes (ABDDH25-009, -010) at the Andong Bor licence in Oddar Meanchey, Cambodia, identified sections roughly from 245 metres to 316 metres containing abundant pyrite and chalcopyrite. Angkor Resources reports the best copper mineralization is hosted in sedimentary rocks, with steep 70 to 80 degree contacts with intrusive rock and assay values increasing near the wallrock. Core is being cut for sampling, with assays to be sent to ALS and drilling to continue into 2026.

A North Bokor 2D seismic program has identified a third anticlinal dome structure on the Block VIII onshore oil and gas license in Cambania—Cambodia—held by subsidiary EnerCam Resources, adding a third potential drill target for the coming year. The North Bokor crest lies between 150-200ms two-way-time below surface, roughly 300-400 metres below the valley floor, shallower than the Central and South Bokor structures. The seismic does not confirm a closed structure. South and Central Bokor have approximately 48 and 60 square kilometres of closure respectively.
