Westward Gold Inc.

Westward has acquired a 100% interest in the Coyote and Rossi Claim Blocks, located along the Carlin Trend in Elko County, Nevada. The Carlin Trend is one of the most significant gold mining districts in the world, having produced nearly 100 million ounces of gold since the opening of the original Carlin Mine in the 1960s(1).

Westward has consolidated a 6,953-hectare land package (~70 sq.km), comprised of two projects in the heart of Nevada’s elephant country: Toiyabe Hills on the Battle Mountain-Eureka-Cortez Gold Trend, and Coyote on the Carlin Trend, two of the most prospective mining districts in the world.

The Toiyabe Hills Project is an exploration asset consisting of 6,073 hectares of public land, administered by the Bureau of Land Management (737 unpatented mining claims). Westward has developed the potential to make a significant new discovery through years of diligent land consolidation, the application of systematic field programs, geophysical surveys, and legacy data review.
