GT Resources Reports MT Anomaly Coincident with Gold-In-Soils and IP Chargeability at CD Gold – Copper Porphyry Project, Yukon
A first MobileMT survey at the CD copper-gold project in Yukon's Dawson Range identified an undrilled, roughly 1 x 1 km highly resistive body interpreted as a buried porphyry intrusive centre at the Maloney target, south of coincident gold-in-soil and IP chargeability anomalies, with a low-resistivity zone overlapping the chargeability anomaly. The survey covered about 5.5 x 2.9 km over 30 lines at 100 m spacing, inverted to roughly 1.1 km depth. GT plans mineralogical and age-dating work in 2026 and a 2,500 to 3,000 metre diamond drill program in 2027. Drill permits are valid until 2033.

Prospecting at the Schist target on the optioned CD gold–copper porphyry project in Yukon's Dawson Range returned up to 5.6 g/t gold in weathered breccia vein material, with over 10% of 41 prospecting samples exceeding 1.0 g/t gold and soils up to 0.141 ppm gold. Mapping at the Maloney target identified feldspar porphyry dykes with disseminated copper, phyllic and potassic alteration, and coincident IP, magnetic and soil anomalies. A 2,500 to 3,000 metre diamond drill program is planned for early 2027, with MobileMT survey results pending.

A 10-year Class III Exploration Permit has been granted for the road-accessible Canalask Copper–Nickel Project in Yukon's Whitehorse Mining District, about 320 km west of Whitehorse, replacing the Class I permit used for the 2024 drilling and allowing construction of new trails to provide access for additional drilling. GT Resources applied for the permit in January 2023. The 2024 program returned 1.95% nickel, 0.05% copper, 0.03% cobalt, 0.19 g/t gold and 0.44 g/t palladium over 33.5 metres in hole CSK24-05.

The 2026 field program has begun at the CD gold-copper porphyry project in Yukon's Dawson Range Gold Belt near Carmacks, where drill permits are valid until 2033. Work includes an airborne MobileMT survey over the Maloney porphyry target plus reconnaissance mapping, prospecting and soil sampling over the Maloney and Schist targets, with results to be integrated with existing IP and magnetics into a 3D model. GT intends to conduct a 2,500 to 3,000 metre diamond drill program in 2027.

An earn-in agreement signed May 19, 2026 with Strategic Metals Ltd. gives GT the right to earn a 60% interest in the CD gold-copper porphyry project near Carmacks, Yukon, by paying $225,000 in cash and $225,000 in shares and spending $10 million on exploration over five years, with an option to reach 75% for an additional $1,000,000 by December 15, 2030. CD holds drill permits to 2033 for up to 50,000 metres. A MobileMT airborne survey is planned for 2026, with 2,500–3,000 metres of drilling in 2027.

GT Resources has elected to participate in Coordinated Blanket Order 51-933, moving from quarterly to semi-annual financial reporting; it will skip interim filings for the three months ended March 31, 2026 and next report for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The board also approved annual equity incentives: 925,000 RSUs, 2,600,000 DSUs, and 3,300,000 stock options exercisable for five years at $0.05 per share, a 67% premium to the prior TSXV close.

A nickel re-assay of 4,588 historic drill core samples and 516 infill samples from the Kaukua Zone of the Läntinen Koillismaa (LK) copper-nickel-palladium-platinum project in northcentral Finland showed a 38% higher nickel grade using four acid digestion versus the historic aqua regia method for a 0.10% Ni sample. Infill sampling extended mineralized intersections, with hole KAU09-041 now returning 0.44 g/t TPM, 0.05% Cu and 0.13% Ni over 47.15 metres from 35.50 metres, versus 21.50 metres originally.

Staking has added the Kuhmo Gold Project, covering 12,300 hectares of the Kuhmo greenstone belt in central Finland via two Exploration Reservations, 130 km southeast of the company's Läntinen Koillismaa project. Reported gold-in-till samples run up to 45,800 ppb, and historic drilling includes 11.4 g/t gold over 0.9 m (SMS/LEL_1) and 2.3 g/t gold over 4.7 m (MEN036); the Arola historical nickel resource is 1.5M tonnes at 0.46% nickel. Planned work includes re-logging historical GTK core in winter 2026, surveys and till sampling in spring/summer, and drill preparation in fall 2026.

An assay infill and re-assay program has begun at the Kaukua Zone of the Läntinen Koillismaa (LK) copper-nickel-palladium-platinum project in northcentral Finland, with over 5,000 samples to be analysed, comprising roughly 500 infill samples and about 4,600 historic drill core pulps previously assayed by Aqua Regia digestion. The work is in preparation for a potential Resource Update and Preliminary Economic Assessment, and may later extend to the Haukiaho Zone.
