Riverside Resources Inc. is a mineral exploration company with a debt-free balance sheet and an experienced exploration team. The company focuses on advancing multiple gold, silver, and copper projects through partner-funded joint ventures and strategic partnerships, with an extensive project database spanning mining-friendly jurisdictions.
Active mining projects and exploration sites
The Ariel Project is strategically located 18 km ESE of the world-class La Caridad Cu-Mo porphyry mine operation (~10 Mt of Cu metal reserves), and 24 km SE of the Los Alisos Cu porphyry prospect. To the best of RRI’s knowledge, the area has not been drill tested previously and represents a high quality copper district target.
The Cecilia Project is a district scale gold and silver low sulfidation epithermal system centered on multiple mineralized rhyolitic flow-dome complexes. Mineralization is related to structures of N30W and N70E with high grades assayed at the intersection of these structures. One of the workings at the Cerro Magallanes dome returned high grades up to 133.7 g/t Au and 335 g/t Ag. In addition to the rhyolite domes the underlying sedimentary Cabullona group and Paleozoic limestone provide an environment for replacement style mineralization at depth. Riverside’s current analogues for Cecelia are Endeavor Silver’s Pitarrilla deposit and Fresnillo’s San Julian deposit, which contain 526 million oz Ag (Measured + Indicated 1) and over 230 million oz Ag respectively.
Gold exploration and development project
La Silla is an epithermal Au-Ag project with strong similarities to the San Dimas (M+I: 70.7Moz Ag and 0.8Moz Au1; First Majestic) and El Gallo vein systems (297,000 AuEq2; McEwen Mining), which are being mined to the south and to the north of La Silla Project respectively. The project consists of 2,070 hectares contained and is 100% owned by Riverside Resources Inc.
Los Cuarentas is a low sulfidation epithermal Au-Ag target characterized by strong argillic and phyllic alteration surrounding low sulfidation epithermal vein systems that host gold and silver mineralization. Vein textures and silica polymorphs suggest that the higher levels of the epithermal systems are present throughout the under-explored district. Hydrothermal alteration is overprinted in places by strong oxidation after pyrite and other sulfides. Several target zones have been identified and most are ready for drilling; these are named: Santa Rosalia, Santa Rosalia Sur, and El Sombrero.
The Revel Project is located 20 km from the community of Seymour Arm within a highly prospective carbonatite belt north of Revelstoke, BC. The Project is 100% owned by Riverside with no underlying royalties or encumbrances. Access for mineral exploration is conducted from logging roads tied into secondary road access and generally accessible making the exploration cost effective as Riverside builds upon earlier exploration work and REE results. The claims are partly located on Mount Grace on the northeast margin of Frenchman Cap Gneiss Dome comprising part of the Shuswap Metamorphic Terrain. These core gneisses are overlain by allochthonous cover rocks which host both extrusive and intrusive carbonatites and are part of the Monashee cover sequence. The property is centered on the Mount Grace syncline which is a northwest trending isoclinal fold. The regional map shows the Revel claim areas in the regional context with other known REE locations as part of a north-south trending belt wher
The GQ (Taft) Property is located approximately 45 km west-northwest of Revelstoke, British Columbia, within the Anstey Range. Spanning approximately 3,000 hectares (30 km²), the property is easily accessible via logging roads and features terrain with elevations ranging from 1,200 m to 2,200 m where logging has occurred. The property resides within the Omineca Belt, known for its carbonatites and favorable Rare Earth Element as well as gold mineralization geological history. The Omineca Belt broadly encompasses intrusion systems with porphyry copper and related mineralization, plutonic centers with intrusion related gold, and metamorphic geology with quartz vein gold systems placing the property in a favorable geologic and exploration location. Riverside now controls a portion of the previously explored QC property, which has been significantly expanded—tripling its original size—and integrated into a broader regional project.
La Union Project is located in westerns Sonora approximately 30 km south of Caborca part of the orogenic gold trend and is within close proximity of major mines such as: Noche Buena, La Herradura and Cerro Colorado. La Union has only seen small-scale production dating back to the 1950s by Peñoles and local families. The Project has since been left unexplored until 2012, when Paget and Millrock started exploration work. High-grade rock chip samples taken by Paget and Millrock triggered Riverside’s attention to the project and in 2019, Riverside purchased the project as part of a five Mexico project portfolio acquisition.
The Suaqui Grande Copper Project is located in the mineral-rich central copper belt of Sonora, Mexico, approximately 130 km southeast of the city of Hermosillo and just 3 km northeast of the town of Suaqui Grande. Suaqui is south of the La Caridad copper operations of Grupo Mexico and north of the copper operations at Piedras Verdes Copper Mine. The production in the copper belt is of a large production scale and Suaqui is another copper rich region with near by other deposits like Cuatro Hermanos which has large copper resources as well. The property spans 800 hectares and has had 4 drill holes with two hitting copper mineralization and the area is wide open for expansion with favorable geologic classic porphyry features.Strategically positioned within the Laramide Copper-Molybdenum Belt, a prolific geological province that extends across Arizona and Sonora. The project lies within a well-established Cu-Mo porphyry cluster making Suaqui a solid exploration target and potential new sig
