Active mining projects and exploration sites
The Mon Gold Property consists of 13 contiguous mining leases covering 494.28 hectares and one mineral claim covering 127.75 hectares, located about 45 kilometres north of Yellowknife. Personnel, food and materials are provided through the combination of float or ski-equipped aircraft and helicopter from the City of Yellowknife, about 15 minutes flying time south. A winter road provides access for fuel and other heavy or bulky materials from Yellowknife via the Bluefish Hydro-Electric Dam, 20 km south of the Property.
