TSX Venture Exchange approval has been received to issue common shares as consideration for Searchlight Resources' purchase of a 25% interest plus 1.0% NSR in the Bootleg Lake Gold property in Saskatchewan from New Moon Minerals Corp. Consideration consists of 6,000,000 Searchlight common shares issued to New Moon, subject to a four-month hold period from the date of issue.
