Farellon and Maria Luisa
On January 3, 2017, Altiplano announced that it had entered a joint venture agreement (“CJV”) with the Australian private company, Comet Exploration Ltd. (“Comet”), to explore two copper-gold projects called Farellon and Maria Luisa, which are located near the town of La Serena, Republic of Chile (collectively, the “Projects”). On November 22, 2017, Altiplano announced that it had earned an initial 50% interest in the Projects by funding US$2,000,000 in project expenditures under the CJV with Comet as Operator.

Orogrande
The Orogrande Gold-Silver Project is located in Idaho County, Idaho, USA, near the head waters of the Crooked River within the Nez Perce National Forest; approximately 100 km southeast of Grangeville, Idaho and approximately 15 km southwest of Elk City, Idaho. Altiplano optioned the property from Velocity Minerals Ltd. in December 2016. The Orogrande Gold Project is located immediately adjacent to Premium Exploration Inc.’s Friday-Petsite Deposit and has recently completed and NI 43-101 compliant Technical Report. The Project is permitted for initial drill testing.
