A Feasibility Study on the Cariboo Gold Project, released in April 2025, envisions a robust and scalable underground operation expected to produce approximately 1.89 million ounces of gold over a 10-year mine life, with an after-tax NPV5% of C$943 million and 22.1% IRR at a US$2,400/oz gold price (after-tax NPV5% of C$2,066 million and 38.0% IRR at a US$3,300/oz gold price). The Project received an Environmental Assessment Certificate on October 10, 2023, in accordance with the BC Environmental Assessment Act (2018). Receipt of the EA Certificate successfully concluded the EA process for the Project, which was launched in October 2019. The Company was granted the BC Mines Act and Environmental Management Act permits in Q4 2024.
The San Antonio Gold Project is a past-producing oxide copper mine located in the state of Sonora, Mexico. In 2020, following acquisition of this project, the Company concentrated its efforts in obtaining the required permits and amendments to the permits to perform its activities. In Q1 2022, Sapuchi Minera commenced processing stockpile inventory through sodium cyanide heap leach pads and carbon-in-column processing plant. The Company realized its first gold sales in July 2022 and generated gold sales totalling 10,478 net ounces in 2022. In Q3 2023, processing of the remaining stockpile inventory was completed, and no production is anticipated henceforth. A total of 13,591 ounces of gold was sold from the San Antonio heap leach pad as at September 30, 2023.
The Tintic Project is an exploration and development stage precious and base metal property, located in western Utah County, ~95 south of Salt Lake City. The historical Tintic District is the second largest metal producing district in Utah, following Bingham Canyon.
