BULGOLD Inc. (“BULGOLD”) is a Canadian-based company focussed on the exploration of epithermal gold projects in Eastern and Central Europe. Drawing on the extensive operational experience of management and directors in Europe, the Company’s strategy is to discover and develop gold projects that show potential for high-grade, good-metallurgy, low-sulfidation epithermal gold mineralisation. BULGOLD’s principal projects are the Lutila Gold Project located in Central Slovakia and the Kostilkovo Gold Project and the Kutel Gold Project, both of which are located within the Eastern Rhodope mountains of southeastern Bulgaria. The Lutila Gold Project consists of a 30km2low-sulfidation epithermal system which is characterised by silicified rhyolite ± chalcedonic veins within the North East Block and an extensive sinter field which reflects the position of the paleosurface and is a surface indication of boiling at depth within an epithermal system which, if present, is preserved from erosion.
