Nickel Island Property The property is host to known nickel-copper mineralization (Nickel Island Occurrence) last explored by Inco Ltd. during the years 1957 to 1958 and has remained dormant for well over 50 years since that time. Historic drilling returned drill intercepts of 4.33% nickel over 4.50 metres and 1.18% nickel over 21.34 metres. Some later re-assaying of selected drill core completed by Inco, suggests the potential for significant platinum-group-elements. | Nickel | Canada | Resource definition |
Pickett Mountain Property Located in Penobscot County of northern Maine, U.S.A., the Pickett Mountain VMS deposit is one of the highest grade undeveloped polymetallic massive sulphide deposits in North America. It occurs in the Northern Maine Volcanic Belt, an Ordovician-age rift-related assemblage comprising part of the Gander Terrane in the eastern North American Appalachians. | Copper | Canada | Resource definition |

The property contains 6 historic massive sulphide deposits (non 43-101 compliant) and numerous base-metal occurrences, largely explored during the 1960’s and 1970’s. In addition, the the Company holds the most significant silver deposit in the district, California Lake, which occurs with a trend of over 35km that has the potential to host large scale silver rich hydrothermal systems. Programs in 2021 and 2020 will focus on these silver rich systems that are similar to the Big Silver Project in Maine that occurs in a similar sequence of rocks. | Lead | Canada | Early exploration |
