Drill results
Final results from the winter 2026 drill program at the 100%-owned Dufferin West property in Saskatchewan, operated under an option by Refined Energy Corp., totalled 975 metres in three holes completed on budget for approximately $1.7 million. DW26-001 and DW26-003 intersected the Athabasca unconformity, while DW26-002 was terminated before reaching target depth; of 87 samples assayed, ten returned weakly anomalous uranium, with a high of 5 ppm uranium from DW26-001 immediately below the unconformity.
Infill and exploration drilling at the Golden Summit Project in Alaska returned 2.08 g/t Au over 62.1 m from 371.9 m within 102.3 m of 1.67 g/t Au in hole GS2607 (Dolphin), 0.76 g/t Au over 405.4 m from 102.7 m in GS2610, 0.90 g/t Au over 113.7 m from 86.5 m in GS2608 (Cleary), and 1.02 g/t Au over 66.0 m from 644.0 m in GS2605 (WOW). Over 25,000 metres have been completed in 2026 with six rigs operating, supporting an updated resource estimate and a Pre-Feasibility Study planned for 2027. Metallurgical, hydrogeology, geotechnical and environmental studies are ongoing.
Nine holes totaling 2,187.15 metres have been drilled year-to-date in the 2026 Phase III program at the Choquelimpie gold-silver-copper project in northern Chile, covering the Choque, Suri, Vizcacha, Hundimiento and Espanola zones. Three styles of gold mineralization were intersected — hydrothermal breccias, dacite-andesite porphyry with quartz ± magnetite veinlets, and quartz-mica-sulfide alteration zones — with base metals mainly in the quartz-mica-sulfide zones. Holes DD-15 and DD-18 are in progress; assays are pending, and metallurgical and 3D geological studies are planned for later in 2026.
Drillhole TG2616 at the Midway Hills prospect, about 1,400 metres northwest of the main resource pit at the Tonopah Gold Project in Nevada, returned 38.1 m of 0.89 g/t gold and 6.78 g/t silver from 179.8 m depth, including 6.1 m of 3.56 g/t gold and 22.48 g/t silver. The intercept lies entirely within Ordovician Palmetto Argillite, roughly 27 m below the volcanic contact and beneath prior drilling, with anomalous gold to the bottom of the hole. Assays are pending for two holes about 100 m east and west; 19 RC holes totalling 3,210 m have been completed in 2026.

Following a British Columbia Securities Commission review, statements in the February 10, 2026 news release on the preliminary economic assessment for the True North Gold Project in southeastern Manitoba have been retracted as misleading and non-compliant with NI 43-101, having suggested greater certainty than a PEA allows and implied a production decision, which the Company confirms has not been made. The technical report filed on SEDAR+ does not comply with NI 43-101, and the PEA should not be relied on until an amended technical report is filed. The website, corporate presentation, social media and other investor relations materials are being amended.
The first phase of the July 25, 2024 collaboration agreement with Compañía Minera Coimolache S.A. has been completed, consisting of a mineral resource estimate for an integrated Coimolache Sulphides/AntaKori copper-gold project in Cajamarca, Peru, prepared by SRK Peru and distributed internally to the parties. Results can only be released upon mutual agreement and regulatory approval, and the company does not anticipate the report being made public. The parties may opt to proceed to a preliminary economic assessment; no decision timeline was given.
Results of the Prefeasibility Study for the wholly owned Iberian Belt West project in Spain, begun in December 2025 and initially expected by June 2026, are now expected during the third quarter of 2026, to allow additional metallurgical test work on at least two new process approaches. Most PFS design work is complete, including underground mine design, surface layout with flotation plant, and a Railveyor discharge loop. The Aznalcóllar public tender administrative decision remains pending.
