Drill results
Two drill holes undercutting surface channel intersections within the open pit footprint at the Parbec gold deposit in Québec have been completed, with samples to be assayed and results released later; a planned third hole targeting a data void was deferred after the two holes consumed the budgeted meterage. Renforth also intends to complete a non-brokered private placement of up to $1,000,000, with flow-through shares at $0.03 and units at $0.025, each unit including a half warrant exercisable at $0.05 for 18 months.
A ground-based deep induced polarization and magnetotellurics survey covering four lines totalling 18.4 line-km at the Caballos Copper Project, Valparaiso Region, Chile, identified chargeability and resistivity anomalies labelled C1, C2-A, C2-B, C3 and C4, including a 3 km-wide C2-B anomaly and a shallow C4 anomaly about 1 km wide and 1 km deep. Five diamond drill holes totalling 5,514 metres are planned to test C2-B, C3, C4 and Chincolco Creek, with drilling anticipated to start in September 2026.
Maiden diamond drilling at the Stavaträsk gold project in Sweden's Skellefteå district returned gold in all five holes reported, including 9.2 m at 1.3 g/t Au from 29.9 m in ST2604, 1.1 m at 15.6 g/t Au from 35.6 m in ST2605 (including 0.6 m at 27.8 g/t Au), and 0.5 m at 8.9 g/t Au, 47.5 g/t Ag and 0.74% Cu in ST2601. The program totalled seven holes for 1,040 m over 650 m of strike; assays for ST2606 and ST2607 are pending, with an IP gradient array survey to begin in coming weeks.
As of August 9, 1,605 metres of a planned 3,255 metres (49%) and 5 of 12 drillholes were completed at the New Amalga Gold Project in southeast Alaska, with hydrogeological, geotechnical and resource definition data collected for permitting and mine planning. A river-monitoring gauge was installed and foundation work advanced on the first of two meteorological towers. All 6,005,431 warrants were exercised at $0.25 before the August 12, 2026 expiry, raising $1.50 million. The Company granted 275,000 options at $0.35, expiring August 12, 2031.

An updated underground mineral resource estimate for the Ogama-Rockland Gold Project in southeast Manitoba reports an Inferred Mineral Resource of 3,314,000 tonnes at 6.68 g/t gold containing 712,000 ounces, using a 2.50 g/t Au cut-off and Deswik MSO-designed stopes with an effective date of August 6, 2026. The estimate covers eight main and six subordinate veins traced over 1,500 m strike and drilled to over 600 m depth. Follow-up surface drilling is planned for Q4/2026, and the resource will be included in a global update expected in Q4/2026.
A maiden preliminary economic assessment on the White Gold Project in Yukon outlines a 9.4-year, 12,000 tonne per day open pit operation averaging 188,000 ounces of gold per year (223,000 ounces over the first five years), with after-tax NPV(5%) of C$1,911 million, 38% IRR and 1.7 year payback at US$3,600/oz gold. Initial capital is C$1,050 million, cash costs US$1,290/oz and AISC US$1,480/oz. At US$4,500/oz, after-tax NPV rises to C$2,996 million with a 52% IRR.
