Drill results
Assay results from 26 additional drill holes at the Cerro Caliche gold project in Sonora, Mexico included 28.95m @ 2.598 g/t Au (including 13.72m @ 5.101 g/t Au) in SCR-387, 32.00m @ 1.846 g/t Au (including 4.57m @ 10.430 g/t Au) in SCR-391, and 47.24m @ 1.552 g/t Au in SCR-396. Drilling covered 14 RC holes at the newly acquired Diana concession and 12 at the La Colorada zone. Sonoro has completed 72 holes over 14,086.35 metres of a 50,000-metre campaign.
Drilling at the 100%-owned New Polaris Gold Project in northwestern British Columbia returned 3.83% Sb and 19.38 g/t Au over 13.20 m from 451.75 m in hole NP26-01, including 1.21 m at 30.46% Sb and 49.10 g/t Au. Hole NP26-02 returned 3.90% Sb and 14.97 g/t Au over 6.06 m, and NP26-03 returned 3.30% Sb and 15.08 g/t Au over 3.91 m. The 14-hole infill and expansion program totalled 7,277 m and is complete.
Drilling at the Springer rare earth deposit near Sturgeon Falls, Ontario returned 165.3m of 1.36% TREO and 81.3 g/t Ga₂O₃ in hole SL26-29, including 2.95m at 7.54% TREO and 282.7 g/t Ga₂O₃, the program's highest-grade intercept; the hole averaged 0.85% TREO over 412.5m and ended in mineralization more than 400m below surface, 190m beyond the conceptual pit. SL26-30 returned 109.5m at 1.33% TREO and 85.0 g/t Ga₂O₃, with 3.0m at 278 g/t Dy₂O₃. All 13 holes are now reported; initial gallium and updated rare earth resource estimates are targeted for Q4 2026.
Diamond core drilling has commenced this week at the April Fool Target within the Manhattan District in Nevada, the first systematic drill test of the target, with assay results expected within four weeks of hole completion. Mapping and sampling returned 48 selective rock chip and grab samples, all but one with detectable gold, including 59 g/t gold in sample 616795, three samples above 40 g/t and thirty above 1 g/t. Scorpio Gold also extended its marketing engagement with Sideways Frequency LLC effective September 22, 2026, paying US$200,000 for an initial three-month term.
Summer 2026 prospecting at the Menarik West Property in Eeyou Istchee James Bay, Québec extended the Adrian gold trend to about 200 metres, with grab samples of 7.13 g/t Au, 4.93 g/t Au and 4.19 g/t Au. First channel samples at Cox returned 0.88 g/t Au over 8.35 m (incl. 5.31 g/t Au over 0.91 m) and 0.99 g/t Au over 6.75 m, with four of five channels mineralized over roughly 250 metres. Both trends coincide with winter 2026 IP chargeability anomalies and are being used to finalize targets for the fully funded Harfang-SOQUEM winter 2027 drill program.
Drilling at the Camp Creek high-sulphidation target on the wholly owned Thorn Project in NW British Columbia returned 58.00 m of 0.40 g/t gold and 6.40 g/t silver (0.50 g/t AuEq) from 48.00 m in hole THN26-371, and 17.58 m of 0.62 g/t gold, 44.00 g/t silver and 0.24% copper (1.47 g/t AuEq) from 135.52 m in THN26-385, including 1.18 m at 13.39 g/t AuEq. The Glenfiddich Zone was extended to 580 m along strike and 350 m down-dip. A Mineral Resource Estimate with APEX Geoscience is expected in Q1 2027; 6,592.30 m were drilled in 25 holes in 2026.
Results from first drillhole IDD001 beneath the Ironclad Gold Mining Licence (GL5828) at the Spur Project in New South Wales, drilled 230m north of the historic Ironclad Mine, returned 3m @ 1.09 g/t Au from 3m, 30m @ 0.47 g/t Au from 84m including 5m @ 1.79 g/t Au from 101m, and 37m @ 0.92 g/t Au from 605m including 14m @ 1.78 g/t Au, plus 5m @ 4.17 g/t Au from 649m. Spur Zone holes returned 60.6m @ 0.53 g/t Au from 26m (SPD086) and 47m @ 0.52 g/t Au from 11m (SPD084). Drilling is underway at Goldenclad, with Ironclad follow-up planned for October.
Drilling at the Duquesne West Project near Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec returned 32.0 m grading 5.9 g/t Au at 335 m vertical depth in hole DQ26-37, including 2.6 m of 22.4 g/t Au, plus 22.0 m of 0.7 g/t Au in DQ26-46 and 14.7 m of 0.5 g/t Au in DQ26-47. Assays have been received for 44 of 66 holes (13,943 m), about 68% of new 2026 drilling and roughly 50% of total expected assays. The 2026 campaign totalled 66 holes for 20,479 m, with drilling to resume in late October ahead of an updated NI 43-101 resource estimate and a Preliminary Economic Assessment.
Infill drill hole TM26-217 at the Bench Target on the Tower Mountain Property, 40 kilometres west of Thunder Bay, Ontario, returned 232.5 metres averaging 0.450 g/t Au from 360.0 metres, including 33.0 metres averaging 1.383 g/t Au. The hole is 200 metres vertically below TM23-137 (42.4 metres averaging 1.106 g/t Au). Six infill holes completed to date have returned an aggregate 2,040 metres averaging 0.445 g/t Au, with drilled grades trending 12.5% above modelled grades, ahead of a December MRE update.
24.0 m at 2.37% Cu from 8.0 m, including 13.1 m at 3.89% Cu, was intersected in hole CPG-170 on the Northern Limb at the Cowley prospect, Whitehorse Copper Project, Yukon. Other results include CPG-159 with 36.3 m at 1.03% Cu, 0.25 g/t Au and 860 ppm Mo from 39.8 m, CPG-171 with 75.61 m at 0.81% Cu from 56.39 m, and first Southern Limb hole CPG-173 with 62.0 m at 1.34% Cu, 0.10 g/t Au, 8.99 g/t Ag and 512 ppm Mo from 48.6 m. The Cowley program has been doubled from 8,000 m to more than 16,000 m, with a second rig added; 51 holes for 7,657 metres completed since drilling resumed.
Drill hole LBX26-112 at the A-Zone–McLeod area of the 100%-owned Ishkōday Gold and Polymetallic Project, 220 km northeast of Thunder Bay, Northwestern Ontario, returned 1.20 m at 6.580 g/t Au (78.80–80.00 m) and 6.00 m at 0.206 g/t Au, 19.80 g/t Ag, 0.28% Cu and 0.83% Zn, including 0.50 m at 1.795 g/t Au, 223 g/t Ag, 3.31% Cu and 8.47% Zn. LBX26-111 returned 3.35 m at 0.523 g/t Au. Planned Phase 1 drilling was increased from 3,865 m to 5,605 m across 22 holes.

39,268,426 common shares of Elton Resources Corp., representing approximately 19.94% of Elton's issued and outstanding shares on an undiluted basis, were acquired by Generation Mining Limited on completion of Chicane Capital I Corp.'s qualifying transaction with Elton on September 29, 2026. The shares were issued as consideration under an asset purchase agreement dated December 20, 2022, under which Elton acquired Generation Mining's rights and obligations under a December 22, 2009 concession agreement with Inuvialuit entities. The shares were acquired for investment purposes.
