A metallurgical and mineralogical testing program has begun at the past-producing Volney lithium-tin-tantalum and gold project in the Black Hills of South Dakota. Bulk samples of under 200 kg each will be collected from exposed pegmatite surfaces representing the two mineralization styles confirmed in the recent 15-hole drill campaign, with testing covering head assays, XRD, TIMA, heavy liquid and gravity separation, and preliminary flotation. Results will assess concentrate quality and recovery, evaluate on-site, off-site or direct-shipping processing options, and prioritize targets for regional drilling planned this year.

Metallurgical test work on the Quiulacocha Tailings Reprocessing Project in central Peru, covering more than 110 flotation tests plus a mini-pilot campaign at SGS Santiago using a ~12-tonne bulk sample, supports a conceptual two-concentrate flowsheet producing a pyrite concentrate grading 90–95% pyrite and a base metal concentrate, both carrying silver. The mini-pilot test MG#6 recovered greater than 92.5% of total sulphides and approximately 94% of silver into a bulk concentrate, with about 73% of zinc. A consolidated metallurgical update is anticipated in the second half of 2026.
