Channel sampling at the Quinlan trenches on the Dominion Project in the Tulks Volcanic Belt, Central Newfoundland, returned 6.59 g/t Au over 6.0 m, including 37.87 g/t Au over 1.0 m on Line 2, and 3.84 g/t Au over 5.0 m, including 18.28 g/t Au over 1.0 m on Line 1, plus 1.95 g/t Au over 0.8 m at the 10 Grammer trench. Grab samples with visible gold at the Rickirb #3 trench assayed 79.1 g/t Au and 15.2 g/t Au. Quinlan lies 6.4 km from Rickirb and 20 km by road from Equinox Gold's Valentine Gold Mine; 159 channel sample results remain outstanding and both zones are drill-ready.
Assay results from 28 diamond drill holes at the Spanish Mountain Gold project in the Cariboo Gold Corridor, British Columbia, included hole 26-DH-1414 with 295.5 m of 0.54 g/t gold from 41.0 m, including 107.0 m of 0.93 g/t gold from 170.0 m; 26-DH-1408 returned 152.65 m of 0.52 g/t gold from 8.85 m, and 26-DH-1391 returned 340.00 m of 0.36 g/t gold from 14.00 m. About 33,353 m of the planned 60,000 m 2026 Feasibility Drill Program is complete, with results pending for 25 holes and the feasibility study targeted for H1 2028.
Rock chip and float sampling at the 100%-owned Intersection Project along the Cape Ray Shear Zone in southwest Newfoundland returned 100.5 g/t gold from a float sample, described as the second-highest grade gold sample collected across the company's Newfoundland portfolio, plus float samples of 23.8 g/t and 23.1 g/t gold. The 2026 program covered the eastern portion of the 169 km² project with till sampling on a 320 m by 80 m grid, infilled at 160 m by 80 m, and 56 grab samples; most assays remain pending.
Initial drilling at the West Diane target on the wholly-owned Kaycee Project in Wyoming's Powder River Basin intersected uranium mineralization in six of eight holes, including 10 ft grading 0.064% eU₃O₈ in WD26-012, with 5.5 ft of 0.076% and 2 ft of 0.092%. At Rustler, six of 22 newly reported holes graded at least 0.02% eU₃O₈, including 2.5 ft of 0.063% in RT26-121. Premier American Uranium secured an additional 1,883 acres, bringing its land package to 31,724 acres, and has completed 80 holes totalling 65,620 ft, about 66% of the planned 100,000-ft program as of September 25, 2026.
Drill hole FR256 at the Upper Antino-Froyo Zone of the Antino Gold Project in southeastern Suriname returned 54.0 m of 8.45 g/t gold from 303.0 m, including 24.0 m of 17.42 g/t Au, on a parallel structure about 100 m east of FR249; the same hole returned 11.0 m of 3.59 g/t Au from 464.0 m, extending the FR249 zone roughly 75 m down-dip. FR264 returned 16.5 m of 4.21 g/t Au from 30.6 m. Sixteen holes totalling 5,809 m are reported, with step-out drilling planned for the remainder of 2026. Founders also granted 115,000 options at C$8.20 and 74,725 RSUs.
Assay results from 12 drill holes totalling 2,051 metres at the Wawa Gold Project in Ontario returned 25.50 g/t gold over 4.26 m core length, including 135.00 g/t Au over 0.71 m in SD-26-701, 3.75 g/t Au over 10.29 m in SD-26-698, 4.12 g/t Au over 9.42 m in SD-26-699 and 5.78 g/t Au over 4.64 m in SD-26-696. About two-thirds of the 20,000 m program is complete, with drilling expected to finish by end of October and an updated resource supporting a prefeasibility study targeted for H1 2027.
An MMI soil geochemical survey at the 100%-owned Gowganda Gold Project in Ontario's Abitibi Greenstone Belt collected more than 1,300 B-horizon samples at roughly 25-metre centres on 100-metre spaced lines over an area of about 2.5 by 1.5 kilometres. Elevated gold, silver, arsenic and copper responses correlate with known bedrock mineralization and extend beneath cover along interpreted structures, expanding the Haultain gold system footprint by approximately 1,200 metres. Channel sampling assays remain pending; diamond drilling is targeted for 2027.
Wedge hole drilling at the Joss target of the Beartrack-Arnett Project in Idaho returned 2.2 g/T gold over 49.5 meters drilled width in BT26-254DW, including 8.4 g/T over 6.2 meters, and in BT26-255DW 7.9 g/T over 2.2 meters plus 4.3 g/T over 21.6 meters, including 8.5 g/T over 3.4 meters. True widths are estimated at 40-55% of drilled width. Revival Gold contracted EngComp Engineering for underground mining advice and SGS Lakefield for further metallurgical testing, with results expected early in the new year.
Drilling at the Surebet discovery on the 100%-owned Golddigger property in B.C.'s Golden Triangle returned 9.89 g/t AuEq over 12.00 meters in hole GD-26-483, including 28.81 g/t AuEq over 4 meters, while GD-26-474 cut 9.74 g/t AuEq over 6.23 meters and GD-26-440 intersected 24.97 meters of 0.70 g/t AuEq in the newly identified Big Bulk Zone. The 2026 program totalled 48,443 meters in 97 holes, expanding the Surebet footprint 12% to 2.01 km²; assays remain pending for 55 holes.
Drill hole ML26-056 at the TESS Zone on the ML Project, Yukon, returned 41.34 g/t Au over 7.81m from 100.62m, including 130.77 g/t Au over 2.25m, while ML26-054 returned 6.10 g/t Au, 10.76 g/t Ag and 0.55% Cu over 5.79m from 64.31m. The 2026 program is complete with 100 holes for 20,980m across nine targets, including 54 holes at TESS; assays have been released for 16 holes and 84 remain pending. TESS is defined over at least 400m along trend and to 175m depth.
Silver assays from 28 holes at the wholly owned Langis Silver Project in the Cobalt camp, Ontario included hole LM-26-449 with 23.50 m of 348.11 g/t silver from 203.00 m, including 4.00 m of 1,974.88 g/t and 2.00 m of 3,386.25 g/t; LM-26-412 returned 6.45 m of 666.95 g/t, including 3.19 m of 1,339.39 g/t; and LM-26-442 returned 9.00 m of 221.91 g/t. A third rig has been added, targeting 9,000 m per month toward a maiden resource estimate; 39,937.55 m in 182 holes completed in 2026. Eldorado Gold terminated its Atlin Goldfields earn-in on October 1, 2026, and Brixton intends to seek a farmout or sale.
RC drilling at the Boin Gold Deposit on the Enchi Gold Project in Ghana returned 1.16 g/t gold over 41.0 m from 2 m in hole KBRC407, including 2.54 g/t over 13.0 m from 25 m, plus 0.57 g/t over 59.0 m from 119 m in KBRC373, 0.47 g/t over 55.0 m from 52 m in KBRC379, and 1.66 g/t over 8.0 m from 6 m in KBRC389. The release covers 24 RC holes totalling 3,370 m, 22 of which intersected gold mineralization, within an 80,000 m program; results are not included in the current resource estimate or June 2026 Pre-Feasibility Study.
Drill hole YAR-45 at the 100%-owned Yarumalito gold-copper project in Antioquia, Colombia returned 399.9 m at 0.45 g/t AuEq (0.34 g/t Au, 0.09% Cu, 1.21 g/t Ag) from surface to the 399.9 m end of hole, including 33.2 m at 0.81 g/t AuEq from 10.3 m, 74.7 m at 0.61 g/t AuEq from 136.5 m and 36.0 m at 0.65 g/t AuEq from 330.0 m. Four holes totalling 1,218 m were completed, with assays for YAR-46 to YAR-48 pending and results to be integrated into updated geological and mineral resource models.
All assays from the 13-hole, 5,445 m winter drill program at the Springer rare earth deposit near Sturgeon Falls, Ontario are reported, including 688.4 m grading 0.81% TREO and 68.1 g/t Ga2O3 from 4.6 m in SL26-35, 324.0 m of 1.00% TREO and 70.1 g/t Ga2O3 in SL26-29, and 2.95 m of 7.54% TREO and 282.7 g/t Ga2O3. Gallium occurred over the full assayed length of every hole. A compilation of 39 holes identified niobium intervals over 2.0 m in 13 holes, including 0.16% Nb2O5 over 41.8 m; niobium is not in the current resource and no niobium metallurgy has been done. An initial gallium resource estimate and updated rare earth resource estimate are targeted for Q4 2026.
Assay results from ten diamond drill holes totalling 4,562 m at the underground resource expansion program at the True North Gold Project, southeast Manitoba, included 7.55 g/t Au over 5.00 m, including 32.90 g/t Au over 0.50 m, at the 710-711 Zone, and 21.20 g/t Au over 0.60 m plus 7.65 g/t Au over 3.40 m at the 007 Zone. Mineralization was extended 60 m above the 710-711 resource limit and 120 m below the 007 Zone. An updated mineral resource estimate is scheduled for Q4/2026.
Drill hole TM26-218 at the Bench Target on the Tower Mountain Property, 40 km west of Thunder Bay, Ontario, returned 298.5 metres averaging 0.409 g/t Au from 100.5 metres downhole, ending in 36.0 metres averaging 0.715 g/t Au. Exploration hole TM26-215 intersected 7.5 metres averaging 0.737 g/t Au near the end of hole. Reconciliation of seven infill holes indicates drilled grades averaging roughly 10% above grades predicted by the January 19, 2026 mineral resource estimate.
Drilling at the El Quevar project in Salta Province, Argentina returned 0.45 g/t Au and 0.19% Cu over 46.0 m from 233.0 m in hole QVD-465 at the Carmen gold-copper target, including 1.71 g/t Au, 2.43% Cu and 100 g/t Ag over 1.0 m, narrowing the untested gap to Yaxtché to about 120 metres. Step-out hole QVD-475 cut 1,599 g/t Ag over 4.0 m, including 2,780 g/t Ag over 2.0 m, and QVD-479 returned 122 g/t Ag over 9.0 m. A re-sampling program covering 171 historical holes and 4,372.6 m will feed a Mineral Resource Estimate update estimated for Q1-2027.
Drill hole SC-26-27 at the MEPS Zone of the Soo Copper Project near Batchewana Bay, Ontario returned 187.36m grading 0.34% CuEq (0.32% Cu) from 18.64m, including 44.1m at 1.02% CuEq (0.96% Cu) and 18.2m at 2.02% CuEq (1.92% Cu). SC-26-28 intersected 271.0m grading 0.21% CuEq (0.19% Cu) from 24.0m. Sterling has completed 53 holes totalling more than 22,000m in 2026, exceeding its 20,000m minimum program, with drilling continuing.
A 3,200ft (975m), 10-hole surface drilling program has begun at the recently acquired Page property in Idaho's Silver Valley, three miles from Bunker Hill's processing plant, with the first hole showing, on visual assessment, 15ft of continuous Galena-Siderite and Sphalerite mineralization at roughly 200ft depth; the program is expected to take six weeks. A 14,300ft, 39-hole underground campaign at the Cate-8 Vein is complete, with an updated resource statement and 2027 production guidance expected by end of Q4 2026. Commercial production, now redefined to require 65% of 1,800 tpd nameplate throughput plus 70% zinc/lead/silver recovery over 60 days, remains targeted for end-2026.
Resource updates and study results
An Inferred Mineral Resource of 440,000 ounces of gold (14.0 Mt at 0.98 g/t Au) has been estimated for the McKinnon Deposit at the optioned Hawkins Gold Project, 80 km south-southwest of Hearst, Ontario, with an effective date of September 11, 2026. It comprises a pit-constrained 360,000 oz (12.6 Mt at 0.89 g/t, 0.24 g/t cut-off) and out-of-pit 80,000 oz (1.4 Mt at 1.82 g/t, 1.2 g/t cut-off), assuming US$3,500/oz gold and 93% recovery. A supporting NI 43-101 technical report will be filed within 45 days.
A NI 43-101 technical report dated October 2, 2026 has been filed on SEDAR+ supporting the Preliminary Economic Assessment announced August 19, 2026 for the Wenot open pit and Gilt underground deposits at the wholly-owned Omai Gold Project in Guyana. The PEA projects 6.327 million payable gold ounces over 18 years, averaging 351,488 oz/year with a 435,667 oz peak, an after-tax NPV5% of $4.0 billion and 24% IRR at $3,600/oz gold, $1.427 billion initial capital, 4.1-year payback and AISC of $1,608/oz. The report was prepared under the supervision of David Robson, P.Eng., of SLR Consulting (Canada) Ltd.

Additional contiguous claims have been acquired at the Junkers Property in the Toodoggone district of northern British Columbia, expanding it to seven claims and 3,473 hectares and bringing the Junkers mineral occurrence onto the property. The 100% interest was purchased from an arm's length vendor for 125,000 common shares and a $7,500 cash payment, subject to a 2% NSR royalty with a right to buy back 1% for C$1,000,000. Hi-View will also issue 400,000 RSUs to consultants.
Acquisition of the Northumberland Gold Project in Nevada's Walker Lane from Newmont subsidiaries closed October 6, 2026, with US$70 million paid at closing plus two contingent payments of US$25 million each tied to a feasibility study and commercial production milestones. Escrow release conditions were satisfied for the C$190 million bought deal of 95,000,000 subscription receipts at C$2.00, underwritten by Canaccord Genuity. Tembo also bought a 0.5% NSR royalty for US$10 million; Alan Pangbourne was appointed Chairman.
An update was given on the LOI dated January 17, 2025 to acquire a 100% undivided interest in the 166 km2 Benson copper-gold property, 21 contiguous claims 15 kilometres east of Quesnel, British Columbia. Metalero has paid $40,000 of the $100,000 cash consideration, with $60,000 due on or before January 17, 2027, and will issue 2,000,000 consideration shares upon TSXV approval at a deemed price equal to the market price on this release date, subject to a $0.05 floor. Exploration work totals $279,698.23 to date; no definitive agreement will be entered into.
A parcel of 6 claim units in 1 mineral licence contiguous to and within the Dominion gold-base metal project in Newfoundland has been acquired from arm's-length Quest Inc for $20,000 cash and 400,000 shares, subject to exchange approval, with vendors retaining a 2.5% NSR (1.5% buyable for $1.5 million) plus a $6,000 annual royalty after 48 months. The parcel lies about 600 m along strike from grab samples grading up to 10.8 g/t gold. 159 channel sample results remain outstanding at Ellie, Rickirb and Quinlan.
